Returns

By return, Babydruk means that you want to return an ordered item and for which you do not want a replacement item in return.

Exchange

By return, Babydruk means that you want to return an ordered item and that it has to be exchanged for another item.

Visibility period

The submission of an exchange or return order is possible within 14 days after receipt of your order. You then have 14 days to return the shipment. Babydruk uses the delivery date of the carrier as the receipt date, unless the order was delivered to a third party not designated by you.

When you return the entire order (with or without reason), we will refund the entire order amount, including the shipping costs you paid in the shop (not the costs you incur to return it to us), to the account number that is known to us.

Personal/Personalized products

Products that have been specially made and/or printed for you can no longer be exchanged or seasoned.

Registration of the articles

The return package will only be fully reimbursed if it is unused and returned in its original packaging with a fully completed return form. If the returned product contains traces of use or if it has not been returned in its original packaging, only part of it may be reimbursed.

Conditions exchange & return

  • You can only exchange or return items purchased on our webshop Babydruk.
  • After your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to register a return. After this you have 14 days to return your order. After this period the purchase is final.
  • The item must be returned undamaged and unused. In case of damage, costs may be charged. Also, the article with attached article card and an original packaging must be returned.
  • The shipping costs and risks of returning are for the account of the buyer. You may decide yourself whether you want to send it by normal post or with track and trace. We advise you to use Track and Trace.
  • Return items can only be returned to our return address.
  • Right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply to personalized products that are printed to order.

Does your return shipment not comply with the above conditions?

  • If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) stamped, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs. This concerns the administration costs of € 4.95 and the costs that are charged by the carrier for the delivery of unstamped shipments (from € 14.00). This means that these costs will amount to a minimum of € 18.95. These costs will be deducted from the credit note of the articles.
  • Returns that are offered outside the return period will not be accepted. These will be returned to you at Babydruk’s expense.

Reception at Babydruk

After we have received your order back, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. For the refund we will use the same payment method as the one you used to pay for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
