Babydruk cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and are careful with the information that we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Babydruk. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 29/08/2019, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for and with whom, and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND WHY DO WE COLLECT IT

1. WEBSHOPLSOFTWARE

WooCommerce
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we host our webshop on a server under our own management. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

2. WEBHOSTING

EPIA
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Epia. EPIA processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal information.

3. E-MAIL AND MAILING LIST

MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name or email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email automatically sent through our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will not receive our newsletter anymore. Your personal information will be stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your information to further improve the service and within this framework to share information with third parties.

Gmail
We use the service of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments on our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address, and place of residence as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and within this framework (anonymous) data with third parties. All the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie will not store your data for longer than is permitted by law.

5. ASSESSMENTS

Kiyoh 
We collect reviews through the Kiyoh platform. If you leave a review through Kiyoh you are required to provide your name, place of residence, and e-mail address. Kiyoh shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Kiyoh can contact you to give an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They will only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing the services, for which we have given Kiyoh permission. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data are also applicable to the parts of Kiyoh’s services for which they call in third parties. Kiyoh will retain your personal data as long as you keep the review published on the platform. Kiyoh has appointed a Data Protection Officer. 6. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

PostNL 
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is, therefore, necessary that we share your name, address, and location with PostNL. PostNL will only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your details available to these parties.

7. EXTERNAL SALES CHANNELS

Bol.com
We sell (part of) our products through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We will treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Marktplaats.nl
We sell (part of) our products through the platform of Marktplaats.nl. If you place an order via this platform, Marktplaats.nl will share your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We will treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Beslist.nl
We sell (part of) our products through the platform Beslist.nl. If you place an order via this platform, Beslist.nl will share your order and personal details with us. PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING

1. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

We use your data exclusively for the purposes of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give us. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date, other than at your request, we will ask you for your explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

2. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA

3. COOPERATION IN TAX AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS

In such cases, Babydruk may be required by law to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by the government. In such a case, we are obliged to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered by the law.

4. VALUEER MEASURES

We store your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a forgetful request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your order.



YOUR RIGHTS

We keep records of completed requests; in the event of a forgetful request, we administer anonymous data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all the data at the e-mail address we have known to us, with an overview of the processors that hold this data, stating the category under which we have stored this data.

3. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION

You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you, modified. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the information has been updated to the e-mail address we have received.

4. THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE PROCESSING

You always have the right to limit the data that we process (or have processed) in relation to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address we have known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

5. RIGHT OF TRANSFERABILITY

You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to or are traceable to your person, carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies of all data about you that we have processed or have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address we have known to us. In such a case, it is likely that we will no longer be able to continue providing the service, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

6. RIGHT OF OBJECTION AND OTHER RIGHTS

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Babydruk. If you object, we will immediately stop the processing of your personal data pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will make available to you copies of data that we process (or have processed) and then permanently cease processing. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. Through our website, cookies are placed by the U.S. company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service.
We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be required by applicable laws and regulations to provide access to this information.
