A personal design

There is no legal cooling-off period for products that are made according to your specifications, such as a poster with name and birth details. Therefore, check name, date, spelling, format and version before ordering.

Do you see an error in the data entered after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. We are examining whether production can still be adjusted.

Damage or an error on our part

A personalized product must also be good. In the event of damage, production errors or incorrectly delivered products, you are entitled to a suitable solution. Please contact us with your order number and describe the problem; Send photos if possible. The exception to the cooling-off period does not limit your legal warranty.

Returning a standard product

For non-personalized products, you can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. You then have 14 days to return the product. The return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the error is ours.

In the event of a complete cancellation, we will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs. We will do this within 14 days of your report; we may wait until we have received the product or proof of return. You may rate the product as you would in a store. With further use, depreciation may apply.

Register a return

Please contact us and state your name, order number and which products you want to return. Return address: Babydruk, De Waal 57, 5684 PH Best, Netherlands. Pack the product carefully and keep the shipping receipt.
