If you wish to return an item without seeking a replacement, this is considered a return by Babydruk.
When you want to return an ordered item for an exchange with another product, this is classified as an exchange by Babydruk.

You can initiate an exchange or return request within 14 days of receiving your order, and then you have an additional 14 days to return the shipment. Babydruk considers the carrier’s delivery date as the receipt date, except when the order is delivered to a third party not designated by you.
For full order returns, including shipping costs paid in the shop (excluding return shipping costs), we will refund the entire amount to your known account.
Specially made or printed products for you cannot be exchanged or returned.
Registration of Articles
To qualify for a full refund, the return package must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a fully completed return form. Products showing signs of use or lacking original packaging may result in a partial refund.
Conditions for Exchange & Return
Exchanges or returns are applicable only to items purchased on the Babydruk website. You have 14 days after delivery to initiate a return, with an additional 14 days for the return itself. The item must be undamaged and unused, with the attached article card and original packaging.
Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the buyer. You may choose normal post or track and trace, but we recommend the latter.
Return items can only be sent to our designated return address.
The right of withdrawal, exchange, or return does not apply to personalized products.
Non-Compliant Return Shipments
Insufficiently stamped return shipments will incur charges, including administration costs of €4.95 and carrier fees starting from €14.00. These charges will be deducted from the credit notes.
Returns beyond the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be sent back at the expense of Babydruk.

Reception at Babydruk
Upon receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
