Design and basket on your device
The studio saves your design and basket locally in the browser, so you can pick up where you left off. This may include name, date of birth and other birth details entered. This functional storage is necessary for the design function. Use Start Over to delete a design; You remove basket products in the basket. Favorites and your chosen delivery country are also saved on this device. You can remove a favorite with the heart or the delete button. You can also delete all local website data via your browser.
When you share a design
Only when you create a share link will a copy of the design be saved to the server to enable that link. A shared design is available for 30 days. Anyone who has the link can see the data in that design. A response to a control link is saved with that shared design. Email us if you would like to have a shared design removed sooner.
Statistics of your choice
Only if you allow statistics, this website will count page types visited and steps such as starting design or adding a product to the basket. We store numbers per day, design and step. The statistics counter does not store names, birth details, email addresses, IP addresses, full URLs or personal visitor codes.
Your choice is local in your browser. You can always change these via Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every shop page. We do not load advertising or third-party analytics trackers for this purpose. Numbers that have already been added and cannot be traced back to a person remain.
Hosting and contact
The website and shared designs use Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. These services may process technical connection data for security and web page delivery. If you email us, we will use your contact details and message to process your question or order. Do not share more personal data than necessary.
Your rights
You can ask us to inspect, correct or delete personal data that we store about you. You can also, where applicable, object, withdraw consent or request restriction or transfer. Provide enough information to find your request, for example the share link. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
