Design and order

You put together the name, birth details, colours, size and design yourself. Please review the full sample and basket carefully before completing an order. A receipt or payment confirmation indicates which order has been processed.

Prices and delivery

All consumer prices shown are in euros. Any costs for a frame, gift wrapping, a twin version and shipping will be shown in the order overview before completion.

The current shipping time for your country is stated before completing your order. In case of a delay or problem you can contact us.

Personalization: reflection period

Products specially made based on your data are exempt from the statutory cooling-off period. For standard products, there is in principle a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. The complete procedure, return costs and refund can be found under Returns & warranty.

For digital content, the cooling-off period only expires when the legal conditions for direct delivery are met, including your express consent and acknowledgment that the cooling-off period has expired.

Quality and complaints

You are entitled to a product that complies with the agreement. If something is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us with your order number. An exclusion from the cooling-off period for customization does not change your legal warranty.

If we cannot reach an agreement together, you can ask for advice from ACM ConsuWijzer or contact the competent dispute resolution body. These agreements do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
