Help with your order

Check your design

View the full preview before ordering. Check the spelling of the name, the birth details and any text you have added. Then check the size, material, frame and gift wrapping.

With a personal poster we use the information you enter. Do you want someone to watch? Share the design from the studio to the intended recipient.

The price of your order

The studio shows the price of your chosen option. A different size, frame, gift wrapping or twin design may change the price. Your basket shows your products and any shipping costs together.

Submit a change

Is something incorrect in the details of a placed order? Please contact us as soon as possible and state your order number and what you want to adjust. We examine whether production can still be adjusted; this is no longer always possible.

A question about your order or payment

Please contact us and include your order number, if you have one. Describe what happens and provide a screenshot of an error message. Are you unsure whether an order or payment was successful? Please contact us before ordering again.

Give a poster as a gift

Do you know the birth details? Then you can put together a personal poster yourself. With a physical version you can choose gift wrapping and a personal card in the basket. Without the frame, we package the poster rolled up in burgundy wrapping paper. With a frame, we place the poster in the frame, wrap it in burgundy paper and send the rectangular gift in a box.

Do you want to have the receiver designed yourself? Buy a gift card of €50, €75, €100 or your own amount. After payment you will receive the gift card with a unique code by email.
