When will my order be shipped?

Can I change something after I have ordered?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately look at what is still possible, but cannot guarantee a change once production has started. Therefore, please first check the live example.
Can I make a poster for twins?
Yes, with Full size and Small friends you can put two children on one poster. You fill in the details per child and see the price immediately. The other collections are for one child.
Which formats can I choose?
A4 is 21 × 29.7 cm, A3 is 29.7 × 42 cm and B2 is 50 × 70 cm. For Full size, Little friends and Birth flower, the birth length determines the height of the illustration. On B2 the illustration is on a scale of 1:1, on A3 on a scale of 1:2 and on A4 on a scale of 1:3. The preview on your screen has been reduced in size.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us and send photos of the product and packaging. We can then assess the damage and find a suitable solution together.
Can I choose a gift without all the information?
Yes. You can already choose a style and share the design. Fill in the final birth details before completing the order, or give a gift card.
